Since 1999, Mrs. García-Robles has created and directed the seed and venture capital funds investment programs for MIF / FOMIN in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as their high-impact entrepreneurial strategies, women’s economic empowerment strategies, and angel investment-related strategies.
Susana García Robles participates in more than 20 directive boards, and funds and foundation committees. She is frequently invited to give speeches in venture capital industry and impact investment industry events for dynamic entrepreneurs, as well as events that strengthen high-growth entrepreneurs. She also works as a judge in panels that select high-impact entrepreneurs who seek financing from angel investors and seed and venture capital funds. She is the co-founder of the Argentine VC/PE Association (ARCAP) and the Colombian Association of VC/PEVC (ColCapital); member of the Venture Capital Group of the Latin American VC / PE Association (LAVCA); member of the Advisors Board at the Brazilian VC/PE Association (ABVCAP) and at the Argentine VC/PE Association (ARCAP); member of the Global Impact Investors Board /GIIN; member of the Investors Committee at Bancoldex and at Kellogg Investments. In 2012 she co-founded WeXchange, the first pitch competition and meeting platform for bringing together Latin American and Caribbean women entrepreneurs with investors and mentors. In 2016, she co-founded the Impact Investors Work Group for Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
