Martín Molina

FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Martin is founder and Managing Partner at Lucens Capital. Martin is currently Chairman of the Board of ProdEng S.A. (a prior fund portfolio company), a board member of Diransa San Luis S.A. (a Lucens Capital portfolio company), an independent board member of Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A. (a publicly-traded midstream company in Argentina), and an independent board member of Beliv (a branded beverage subsidiary of CBC in Central America).

Prior to founding Lucens Capital, Martin worked as an Executive Director in the Latin America M&A and Advisory group at J.P. Morgan, based in New York. Prior thereto, Martin worked at Lehman Brothers in New York, and Bank of America Equity Partners (private equity), where he supervised the fund's investments in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.

Martin obtained his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Martin is actively involved in Endeavor in Argentina, having served as a mentor to a number of Endeavor entrepreneurs.
